Anna Nelson was born in November 1891 in Illinois, probably in Menard County. Her name was listed as Josephine in the census of Menard County in 1900. She married Ernest Wybert, probably in Alberta, Canada, after her family moved there in about 1907. The family probably settled near Warburg before at least some of them moved to the nearby town of Wetaskiwin. She had one child, her daughter Dora.
