Ann Marian Drayton

Ann was born November 18, 1971 to Marlow and Wanda (Richmond) Drayton of Walnut, Illinois. She grew up at the family home west of Walnut and graduated from Walnut High School in 1989. After high school she went to Eastern Illinois University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in zoology in 1993. She was subsequently employed as a research assistant at Purdue University until 1995 when she married Michael D. Berry on May 6, 1995.

Ann now lives with her husband in Indianapolis, Indiana where she has been employed by Sensient Flavors as a flavor chemist since 1995. Ann is the vice president of Greyhound Pets of America, Indianapolis, an organization which rescues retired greyhounds and finds them homes. She and her husband have two greyhounds (and four cats!) at home. She is also involved in the Special Olympics. She enjoys quilting, reading and auto racing.
