Note for:   Joseph Trunzer,    - 2 APR 1748
Joseph Trunzer was a mason/bricklayer who came to Hilsbach from Thone in the
Allgau region of Germany (which according to the Hilsbach history book is
probably Thannen, near the town of Wigginsbach, where the name Trunzer still
exists). Much of the Trunzer family information comes from a pedigree of the
family found in the church books in Hilsbach. The pedigree was prepared in 1936
by the church's office to prove the Aryan background of the family, presumably
to assist some surviving family member in proving that he/she too was a good
Aryan.
