Grandma Eckberg's Recipes

Meat Roly Poly

1 lb ground pork
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground veal
2 eggs
salt and pepper
Mix ground meat with eggs, pepper and salt. Put into ½ inch thickness on wax paper. Spread with bread dressing. Roll as a jelly roll. Place in pan and cover with slices of bacon. Bake two hours at 350°.
