Provisional Discharge

As a soldier in the Vemmenhog Company of the Royal Infantry regiment of Southern Skane for district no.1, Rynge manor in Sjorup parish, in Malmohus county,

before acceptance into military service called Anders Martensson, who was born on 4 June 1849 in Skivarp parish in the said county and has served only in this regiment since 11 February 1867........has applied to me for a discharge: so with respect to this he, Anders Sand, who is 5 feet 8 inches tall and has served in the regiment for seven (7) years, 9 months and 12 days, is hereby provisionally discharged and dismissed from the regiment as well as the service of His Royal Majesty and the Crown with the testimony that he was well behaved during the time of his service. The said Sand should, however, report with the regiment at the next general muster to receive the proper approval of this discharge.
